aahc.org.in agrees to provide goods of merchantable quality, fit for the purpose intended and as described on aahc.org.in to the best of our knowledge and ability.

We accept payment by Cash or Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards, and Maestro Cards on Delivery. We cannot accept payment by cheque/postal orders for home orders. Bulk Orders, should contact us by e-mail (customercare@aahc.org.in) should they wish to pay by cheque or postal order. All payments are processed directly with your issuing bank, through our secure server at time of order and are protected by the latest SSL technology. All information is encrypted on our secure firewalled servers to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access.

You can amend/cancel an order up to 1 day before delivery, provided your order status has not entered "delivered". After this point you may consider returning items to us. For queries about an order, contact us at customercare@aahc.org.in.

We require notification of faulty/damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement goods or refund will be offered upon return by customer of faulty product, cost of return carriage (Where applicable) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt by aahc.org.in

Cooling off Period. when purchasing online you are entitled to return item(s) ordered within 3 working days of receipt with offering reason for return. Customer is responsible for cost of return to aahc.org.in. We cannot accept return of goods if you change your mind, outside the 3 working day cooling off period

As a retailer of third party products, all aahc.org.in products are subject to changes implemented by our suppliers. We reserve the right to provide substitute or equivalent goods where possible without prior notification. If you are not happy with substitute/equivalent goods you can return them to us.

aahc.org.in policy has changed not to accept order(s) OR pre-order(s) for products not yet available / out of stock as advised by our Suppliers. This helps eradicate partial /split / delayed deliveries. On rare occasions should a product be ordered and there is insufficient stock available, we may still split your order after 72hrs should the product not become available within the 72hrs. The remaining products will follow in a second shipment.

aahc.org.in reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, accounting for increases, taxes or duties imposed on us by suppliers or, if errors or omission render any pricing incorrect on aahc.org.in or any electronic correspondence we send.

aahc.org.in only enters into contract with you, the Customer, upon dispatch of your order and email notification of this action sent by us to you. We do not accept responsibility for non-receipt of this email.

We reserve the right to terminate aahc.org.in at any time without prior notification or reason given

All prices displayed on aahc.org.in site are inclusive of taxes where applicable

All delivery, customs and excise charges will be paid by the customer as applicable for deliveries outside India

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to aahc.org.in should we note at any time that our terms and conditions are not being adhered to.

Terms You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or office at the time of placing your order. Please note delivery attempts are carried out during normal business hours, usually between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, (Sun-Sat). aahc.org.in provide a collection facility at this time.

Currently typical dispatch time is 7-10 working days for India. This is subject to change and website will be updated accordingly in the event of any change being implemented.

We may choose to send items via An Post Postal Services where applicable and this is at the discretion of aahc.org.in

Delivery charges solely apply to orders placed for nationwide delivery. Please contact customercare@aahc.org.in should you require pricing for outside India delivery.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

In the event you miss a delivery, they will leave a card instructing you to call your local depot and/or courier will take a photograph of your front door/exterior as proof of delivery attempt. Your local depot will be able to advise on next delivery attempt and confirm your availability

Email confirmation of dispatch will be sent in the evening prior to next working day delivery attempt. We advise you keep check on your email account after placing an order

In the event your parcel has arrived damaged please report within 24 hours by emailing us at returns@aahc.org.in quoting your reference and outline the condition your order arrived in. Please include a photograph if possible

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
