Will there be any further extension in Job application dates?

Ans:- No, there will be no extension in the date’s to apply, last date to apply online was 02/Sept/2017, however if due to any technical reason if a candidate was not able to apply by 02/Sept, he/she can write a mail to info@aahc.org.in with the scanned copy of challan. Only those applications will be considered who have deposited challan by 02 Sept 2017.

Can I Edit my application?

Ans:- Application edit feature will only work till 07 Sept 2017, after that one will not be able to edit application.

Is the job vacancy on contractual basis ?

Ans:- Dear candidate, District Manager, District Officer & MIS Officer Post are on contractual basis for a period of 6 months however after completion of 6 months basis on the performance the candidate will be promoted to on-roll employee or the contract will be terminated or renewed basis on the discretion of reporting manager and the management. Area Manager and State Head post are permanent and on Company pay-rolls.

Ans:- An non refundable application fees of Rs. 700/- for General and OBC category candidate and application fees of Rs. 500/- for for SC/ST and Women candidate was applicable.

What will happen after 6 months of contract period?

Ans:- After successful completion of the contract period of 6 months the employee will be promoted to on roll employee or the decision will be taken by his/her Reporting Manager and the Management.

What is the selection process?

What is further process for shortlisting and what are important dates?

Names of shortlisted candidates will tentatively be put up on our website by 25 Sept 2017(6:00 PM).

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for interview on the scheduled dates and time with the application form, Challan(Institute Copy), all original and photocopy of documents /testimonials and experience certificates as applicable.

The interview will tentatively start from 1st week of October, at different locations in your state. A separate communications by message and mail will be sent to the candidates individually. The candidates are required to go through the instructions for interview displayed on our website and appear for the interview accordingly along with original copies of testimonials.

The names of the candidates, who qualify the selection process, will be uploaded on our website tentatively by 15 Nov 2017(6:00 PM), with joining date by first week of December 2017.
